If I were to put myself in your shoes I would be tempted to ask...who are you and what are you doing with our game??? So as an introduction, I would like to address these questions. :)

My name is Inigo Montoy... you killed my father... Prepare to -- Oh, wait...we are talking about Ultima Online. In that case, my name is Odella and I am a UO-aholic. My purpose is to manage and improve our Player Relations Team, a group consisting of Game Masters as well as Volunteers. I was attracted to this position for a variety of reasons, the greatest of which is the amazing people involved in this game. Our players and volunteers are the heart and soul of UO and I intend to work on making our service more enjoyable and rewarding for them by addressing four key areas of support. Those areas are:

  • Response Time
  • Resolution Time (first contact resolution)
  • Accuracy/ Consistency
  • Professionalism

My background is something I can not discuss in detail per the instructions provided me by the witness protection program. I can however tell you that I have enjoyed many years of working in Customer Service and find that I am truly a sick woman to not only continue working in such an environment, but to actively seek it.
