Be on notice that suspicious black-hooded strangers are roaming the isle of Haven, and their intent is unknown. We do not wish to cause undue alarm, but we do urge caution while on Haven. These strangers seem skittish and disappear with little warning when approached. There are reports of these suspicious visitors collecting pieces of blackrock, and we are highly suspicious of any individual or group stockpilling this potentially dangerous substance.
For those who insist on collecting and experimenting with blackrock, you should keep in mind that the leading Britannian mages have identified this dark mineral as potentially hazardous with a variety of unknown properties. We recommend disposing of it immediately.
Be aware and be safe.
ヘイブン島に突如現れ、周囲を徘徊している黒いローブの不審な者どもの目的は未だ判明していない。過度の警戒を呼びかけるには及ばぬが、ヘイブンに滞在の折には十分注意されたい。かの者どもは手の内を明かさず、近づいてきたかと思うとあっという間に消えさるのだ。
この訪問者どもが、ブラックロックのかけらを集めているとの報告も寄せられている。危険要素を多分に有しているこの石を収集している個人または団体に対して、高度の警戒を求めるものである。
ブラックロックを収集し実験しようとする市民は、ブリタニアを代表する魔法使いたちが、この黒い鉱物が有害である可能性とその多くが解明されていない物質であるとしていることを忘れてはならぬ。我々は市民に対して、ブラックロックを直ちに破棄することを望むものである。
