Update - 12:00PM EDT: This issue has been resolved, if you are currently logged in and unable to access the content you may need to exit and restart the game to correct the issue. We thank you for your cooperation and patience, have fun!

We are currently aware of an issue in which players who have purchased and own the new High Seas booster pack are unable to access the content. We are aware and actively looking into the issue. Not all players are affected and some reports indicate that restarting your client may resolve the issue.
