1) Flickering interface bug fixed.
2) Skill gump fixes.
3) Spell book fixes.
4) Monster status bar appears when they begin attacking.
5) "Bark" (on-screen speech) duration options activated.
6) Hiding properly detoggles the War/Peace toggle.
7) Gameplay window size option now operates in real time.
8) Pressing the ALT key no longer freezes the client.
