Patch Notes from 2005-08-24


Today, August 24, 2005 at 3:00PM PDT (10:00PM GMT), will be deploying the fourth and final Ultima Online: Mondain’s Legacy content patch.

This patch is mandatory, and will require the previous three UOML Content Patches to be installed. After this patch is live, you will not be able to login without all four UOML Content Patches installed.

Details for the patch are as follows:

  • Ultima Online: Mondain’s Legacy content

If patched correctly, your current version will display 5.0.0a for both clients. This patch is approximately 20-40MB in size, depending on which client version you are running.

If you have any difficulty receiving this patch, please check the following:

  • Check the "Patch" directory within your Ultima Online directory (the default location is C:\Program Files\Ultima Online\Patch). This directory should be empty. Any files in this directory should be deleted.
  • Run a virus scan on your computer. Undetected viruses may cause conflicts with patching Ultima Online. For information on up-to-date virus detection software, please visit http://www.mcafee.com/myapps/vso/default.asp.
