Spellweaving Skill Mastery
This skill mastery can be activated by anyone with at least 90.0 'real' skill points in Spellweaving who also has read a Spellweaving Mastery Primer of any tier level.
In addition to the special abilities, Spellweaving Masters will receive one bonus Arcane Focus per Spellweaving Mastery level. Arcane Focus still caps at 6 strength bonus. Spellweaving Masters are able to cast Arcane Circle alone but will not receive circle bonuses.
