When the patch does not work correctly

クライアントパッチ 7.0.0.4 の変更内容
- レーダーマップを開いた状態でログアウトすると、UOデスクトップの設定が初期化されてしまう問題を修正しました。
パッチが正しくあたらない場合
- 「ウルティマ オンライン」ディレクトリの「patch」フォルダ内(初期設定では、C:\Program Files\Games\Electronic Arts\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss 2D\patch)を確認し、 ここにファイルがある場合は削除してください。(「\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss 2D」のフォルダ名はクライアントバージョンによって異なる場合があります)
- UOを一度閉じて再度起動してみてください。
- ウイルススキャンを行ってみてください。ウイルスがパッチプロセスに障害を起こす可能性があります。
- 上記の手順でもパッチが正常にあたらなかった場合
- 一時的にアンチウイルス・セキュリティ・ファイアウォールソフト等、常駐ソフトをすべて外して試します。 (正常にパッチがあたった場合にも、解決しない場合にも、手順を試した後には外した常駐ソフトは元に戻してください。)
- Windows XPのファイアウォール機能が原因になっている場合があります。ネットワークのプロパティから設定が可能です。 詳しくはOS付属のマニュアルをご覧ください。
- 正規の方法以外でシステムファイルを変更した場合、パッチを含めたクライアントに問題が発生する場合があります。 こちらから再インストールの際の注意点をお確かめの上、 再インストールを行ってください。
- また、以前パッチサーバー接続問題の際に「vercfg」の内容を変更されていた場合には、パッチサーバー接続問題記事を参考に、「vercfg」の内容を戻してください。
- 上記の項目を全てお試しいただいてもウルティマ オンラインのクライアントパッチが正常にあてられない場合には、お手数ですがUOホットライン テクニカル問題までお問い合わせください。
