These are item properties that grant additional points of skill, up to the character's cap in that given skill. Normally these are no different from the normal skill points earned by a character, but in some few cases, only "real" skill counts for a particular formula, not including skill points given by item properties.
An item can have at most five skill increase properties. Skills are collected into five different groups. Only one skill from each group can appear on the same item.
