The Myrmidex Threat

• In the wake of the Myrmidex Invasion that has besieged the Valley of Eodon the time has come to take a stand!
• Visit the “Allegiance Idols” located in Sir Geoffrey’s Camp or The Barrab Village to declare allegiance to the Eodonians or the Myrmidex.
• Allegiance can by changed once every two hours.
• Enter the Myrmidex Pits via the excavation site West of Sir Geoffrey’s camp or the lift platform in the Southern portion of the Barrab Village.
• The Myrmidex Pits are a competitive spawner, defeat your enemies to push the opposing team’s front line back!
• Once your team has been victorious inside the Myrmidex Pits visit Professor Ellie Rafkin in Sir Goeffrey’s Camp or the Barrab Tinker in the Barrab Village to embark on two new quest lines.
• After completing the Myrmidex (Barrab Tinker) Quest line players may receive several rewards including,
  • A Recipe for a New Potion
  • Reward Title Token
    • Can be redeemed for one of several reward titles

• • A Recipe for a Kotl Power Coil
    • Craftable via the Tinkering Skill
      • 5 Workable Glass
      • 5 Copper Wire
      • 100 Iron Ingots
      • 5 Moonstone Crystal Shards, can be found on the corpse of slain Myrmidex Warriors in the Myrmidex Pits

• • A Moonstone Crystal
    • Can be used to teleport to a variety of locations within the Valley of Eodon

• After completing the Eodonian (Professor Rafkin) Quest line players may receive several rewards including,
  • A Statuette for Sakkhran Bird of Prey
    • When used, this statuette provides a vanity mount available in hues ranging from Common to Uber Rare.
      • Brown – Common
      • Greenish Pink – Less Common
      • Muttled Green – Rare
      • Blackrock – Uber Rare

• • Reward Title Token
    • Can be redeemed for one of several reward titles

• • Recipe for an Eodonian Wall Map
    • Craftable via the Cartography Skill
      • 50 blank maps or scrolls
      • 1 Unabridged Atlas of Eodon, available for sale from Professor Ellie Rafkin in Sir Goeffrey’s camp

• • • Displays in game as a wall map that when double clicked opens up a full view of a map of the Valley of Eodon

• • Raw Moonstone
    • Decorative House addon that allows placement of a short or tall raw moonstone

• All content and rewards requires the Time of Legends expansion.

Eodonian Potions

• Potion recipes can be obtained as rewards from completing the Myrmidex (Barrab Tinker) Quest Line and are craftable via the Alchemy skill.
• Potions have a 20 minute cooldown.
• Potions require the Time of Legends expansion to craft and use.
• Potions cannot be placed inside a potion keg.
• Potion effects are removed upon player death.
• Barrab Hemolymph Concentrate
  • +100 Hit Point Regeneration for 10 seconds
  • +10 Hit Point Increase for 5 minutes
  • Cannot be consumed if the player is poisoned or mortally wounded
  • Can be removed with the Mysticism spell “Purge Magic” and by using a Talisman of Ward Removal
  • Cannot be used while under the effects of Confidence. Confidence cannot be used while under the hit point regeneration effect.

    • 20 Ginseng
    • 5 Plant Clippings
    • 5 Myrmidex Eggsacs (Available from the corpse of Myrmidex Drones & the Myrmidex Queen)

• Jukari Burn Poultice
  • +10% Fire Resist for 10 minutes
  • +10 Stamina Increase for 5 minutes
  • Ingredients
    • Bottle
    • 20 Black Pearl
    • 10 Vanilla
    • 5 Lava Berry (Can be harvested near the Jukari village)

• Kurak Ambusher’s Essence
  • +200% Damage against creatures inside the Myrmidex pits
  • No cooldown
  • Ingredients
    • Bottle
    • 20 Blood Moss
    • 1 Blue Diamond
    • 5 Tiger Pelts

• Barako Draft of Might
  • +10% Physical Resist for 10 minutes
  • +5% Cold Resist for 10 minutes
  • Ingredients
    • Bottle
    • 20 Spider’s Silk
    • 10 Bottles of Liquor
    • 5 Perfect Bananas (Available from the corpse of Silverback Gorillas in the Great Ape Cave)

• Urali Trance Tonic
  • +10 mana per second for 10 seconds
  • +10 Mana Increase for 5 minutes
  • Can be removed with the Mysticism spell “Purge Magic” and by using a Talisman of Ward Removal
  • While under the effects of this potion, Faster Casting is treated the same as if the player is under the effects of the “Protection” spell.

    • 20 Mandrake Root
    • 10 Sea Serpent or Dragon Scales
    • 5 River Moss (Can be harvested near the Urali village)

• Sakkhra Prophylaxis Potion
  • +10 Poison Resist for 10 minutes
  • +5 Energy Resist for 10 minutes
  • Ingredients
    • Bottle
    • 20 Nightshade
    • 10 Bottles of Wine
    • 5 Blue Corn (An unusually occurring variety of corn that can be harvested from the corn field nearby the Sakkhra village)

Miscellaneous Changes

• Legacy runebooks have been reverted to pre-Publish 92.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where some quest text would not get displayed properly.
• Anon’s Spellbook, Juo’nars Grimoir, Minax’s Sandals, Ozymandia’s Obi, Totem of the Tribe, Echantress’ Cameo, Shanty’s Waders, Hawkwind’s Robe, Anon’s Boots can now be dyed with natural dyes, pigments of tokuno, and cleanup dyes.
• Fixed issue where the Great Ape encounter could possibly break if the Great Ape had no barrels to throw.

• Fixed issue where part of the Zipactriotl encounter would not get built out properly.
• The Barrab Hemolymph potion cannot be used while under the effects of Confidence. Confidence cannot be used while under the hit point regeneration effect of the Barrab Hemolymph potion.
• Players on the “Salty Sea” quest can always fish up the special messages in a bottle regardless of fishing skill.
• Increased the spawn of Deep Sea Serpents and Krakens in the South Britannian sea.
• Reduced the number of items required to complete the “Hidden Treasures” quest.
• Fixed issue where sometimes players would be unable to mark quest items for the “Zealotry of Zipactriotl” quest. Quit and reacquire the quest to fix this issue.
• Updated links in the Virtue gump and help menu.
• The Alacrity Book title page now displays correctly.

• Fixed issue where the area required for killing Myrmidex in the “Pest Control” quest was not displayed properly.
• Fixed issue where some quest text would not get displayed properly.
• Anon’s Spellbook, Juo’nars Grimoir, Minax’s Sandals, Ozymandia’s Obi, Totem of the Tribe, Echantress’ Cameo, Shanty’s Waders, Hawkwind’s Robe, Anon’s Boots can now be dyed with natural dyes, pigments of tokuno, and cleanup dyes.
• Fixed issue where the noxious goo from the Myrmidex Queen’s special attack would not display in the Enhanced Client.
• Fixed issue where some of Zipactriotl’s animations would not display properly.
• Fixed issue where the buff icon for the Barrab Hemolymph Potion would not count down properly in the Enhanced Client.
• Fixed issue where the egg toss missile from the Myrmidex Queen’s special attack would not display in the Enhanced Client.
• Eodon potion cooldowns have been reduced to 20 minutes.
  • We are still evaluating the cooldown duration for potions, be sure to provide feedback!

• The Barrab Hemolymph potion cannot be consumed if the player is poisoned or mortally wounded.
• The Barrab Hemolymph & Urali Trance potion effects can be be removed with Mysticism’s “Purge Magic” spell and by using Talisman of Ward removal.
• While under the effects of the Urali Trance potion Faster Casting is treated the same as if the player is under the effects of the “Protection” spell.
• All potion effects are removed on player death.
• The Kurak Ambusher’s potion no longer has a cooldown.
• Fixed issue where the top of Zipactriotl’s stasis chamber would bleed through the entry platform.
• “Perfect Bananas” can now also be found on silverback gorillas in the Dragon Turtle Champion Spawn.
• Fixed issue where the Great Ape encounter could possibly break if the Great Ape had no barrels to throw.
• Fixed issue in the Kotl Antechamber where it was possible to leave the area.
• The Wall Map of Eodon can be turned with an Interior Decorator.
• Myrmidex ambushes will no longer spawn from Eodon tamable pets.
