落ち着きのないオークの群れが、昔からある部族の境界線を越えて、世界中の平和な地域を繰り返し攻撃している。
ブリタニアの住人達は、つい先ごろオークの輸送隊が近所をのし歩いているのを目撃して驚愕した。好戦的なオークの使者が通行人に襲い掛かると、ブリタニアを愛する者達は秩序を守るため現場に急行した。その一帯はたちまち戦地と化し、血みどろの戦いがくりひろげられ、ワンダリング・ヒーラー達の蘇生材料が一時在庫切れを起こしたそうである。
またごく最近ではオーク達の生息する砦内にて、以前は見かけなかった祭壇のようなものが見かけられたとの話が冒険者よりもたらされている。その付近の遺体よりブリタニアチーフガード ケン（Ken）を示すメダルが発見されたとの声も多数寄せられているが、評議会は現在その情報の確認を急ぐと共に依然として消息を絶ったままのケン行方を追っているようだ。
下院の役員が非公式に語ったところによると、評議会は公式発表していないが、ブリタニアはオークとの戦争に突入することになるかもしれないとのことである。市民には、引き続き外出時に注意することと、状況の進行に関してはブリタニア・ニュース・ネットワークの追加報道に注意するように薦めたい。
