This was the provisioner shop in Old Haven.

In older times, just as in Ocllo, Last Chance Provisioners was host to a cobbler, a Mapmaker, and a provisioner. However, with the destruction of Haven, it became part of the ring of ruined buildings surrounding the Dark Knight. As that area could only be entered using a special rune while using the Kingdom Reborn client, the interior of this building is no longer accessible.
