This lists any month for which the rares database does not yet have any EM item for a particular shard.  This may be accurate, if there was no drop for that shard that month, or it may indicate missing information.  It could be that that particular shard's drop in that month is already in the database, but missing date (month and/or year), shard, or type information, or it may be that the item is completely missing from the database.  This report only covers 2015 and later; prior to 2015, only the year was being recorded, not the exact date of each drop.

First check the following, and see if the item just needs some extra information:

If the item is completely unlisted, go ahead and add it! On the other hand, if you have confirmed that a listed shard indeed did not have a drop in a particular month, please add that info to [[UO_talk:Potentially_unlisted_Event_Moderator_items|the discussion page]].
