His request is for reagents for casting his Mysticism spells: 100 each of Dragon’s Blood and Daemon Bone.
Daemon Bone can be obtained by killing any of the void creatures spawning around Ter Mur:

The reward for this quest is a Crystal Ball of Knowledge. When placed in the character’s back pack and turned on, the ball informs you ‘I will now tell you skill difficulty’, which it proceeds to do with each skill you use.
