The code for one of these could be used on any shard. Shrouds were limited to one per account. North American, German, and Swedish players received their code by buying a boxed copy of AOS. Australians and other European players were emailed a code to use. Codes were not distributed in Japan, Hong Kong, or Korea. The deadline to redeem codes was March 21, 2003, except on Europa and Drachenfels, where the deadline was extended to May 31, 2003.
