In 1999, on May 26 and 27, some of these were accidentally dropped during an early GM event. Later, in 2002, when an event added the Sand Vortex mobiles, a bug meant that when you were killed by one, then resurrected, this would still be left in your pack. Some were reportedly also created by a GM on Asuka when it was still in beta, during the tests for launching the Yamato shard.
