Takes away ((8 + (Evaluate Intelligence)/10 – (Resist)/10) intelligence.
Very useful versus both warriors and mages alike, as it basically lowers the mana cap of those characters until the spell is countered. Additionally, it may lower opponents mana regeneration rate.. As with clumsy, this is an excellent spell for interrupting other mages.
