These dyes drop randomly from the peerless boss Lady Melisande. There are a total of 26 different hues. These hair dyes can have two different titles. The pre-patch title reading as simply "Hair Dye" and the current titles which read as "Special Hair Dye".

Cleanup Britannia Neon Hair Dye

These dyes were an old reward from the Cleanup Britannia system. These hues can now be purchased directly from an NPC hairstylist.

NPC Hairstylists

NPC hairstylists can be found at most alchemist buildings. For a fee they can dye your hair using the universal dye for common colors, and the neon dye for brighter hues. Common colors cost 50 gold, while the neon hues cost 500,000 gold.
