NOTE: As part of the 20th Anniversary Event, this is now being found in the new special treasure obelisks. This is NOT the same graphic as the Obsidian which spawned back in the early days of Ultima Online.
This reagent currently has no use in Ultima Online.

Obsidian is a very enduring substance. It can be worn down, to fine grains of sand, but if melted it resumes its former properties. It grants duration to a spell.
